Your role is essential in delivering a smooth, professional, and premium customer experience that reflects the Volvo brand’s commitment to care and safety. Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or the automotive industry preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail when managing inventory and processing agreements
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dealership software (CDK/ADP) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage the loaner car fleet, ensuring availability, cleanliness, and proper maintenance
- Schedule and coordinate loaner vehicles for service customers
- Clearly communicate loaner policies and procedures to customers
- Inspect returned vehicles for cleanliness and damage
- Collaborate with service advisors to streamline vehicle exchanges
- Maintain accurate records of loaner vehicle usage and agreements
