About The Position

Motor Werks is seeking a passionate and customer-service-oriented Loaner Agent/Coordinator to manage their loaner vehicle program. This role ensures a smooth and efficient experience for customers by assisting them with loaner vehicles, coordinating with the service team, and maintaining detailed records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and have a friendly, professional demeanor. Previous automotive or fleet experience is a plus, but not required. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are necessary.

Responsibilities

Manage the loaner vehicle fleet and ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for use.
Greet and assist customers in the loaner process with a positive, professional attitude.
Coordinate with the service department to meet customer needs and ensure timely return of loaner vehicles.
Maintain accurate records of loaner vehicles, including condition reports, mileage, and contracts.
Inspect loaner vehicles upon return for any damages or issues.
Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies regarding loaner vehicles.
