As a Loan Support Analyst Sr within PNC's Participated Servicing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Brecksville OH; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX Kalamazoo, MI or in East Brunswick, NJ. The Loan Support Analyst Sr. is responsible for servicing a portfolio of participated commercial loans while maintaining alignment with agent bank records and activity. Key responsibilities include processing loan advances, applying payments, completing rollovers and conversions, and resolving past due balances and overpayments. This role also performs reconciliation activities by reviewing agent bank notices and transaction breakdowns and comparing them to internal systems and records to identify and resolve discrepancies. Communication is primarily conducted through email with agent banks, with limited phone interaction. There is little to no direct customer contact. Responsibilities

  • Executes varied and complex transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures.
  • May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas.
