POSITION SUMMARY Join our professional team performing various functions that support operations of Loan Administration Department. Ensure all loan documents adhere to established policies and regulations. Assist VP of Loan Administration with projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years office/admin experience, with a financial institution preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • A collaborative individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to organize and prioritize workflow.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to operate office equipment including a switchboard.
  • Familiar with credit union lending policy and procedures.
  • Able to perform basic mathematical functions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain documentation, records, and logs for liens and out of state titles.
  • Process loan payoff and lien release requests.
  • Assist in auditing loan documentation.
  • Post pay-by-phone payments.
  • Handle general office tasks and answers job-related phone calls.
  • Serve as backup Receptionist as needed.
