Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers and help identify financial solutions that fit their needs
- Process loan applications and maintain accurate customer records
- Explain loan terms and answer customer questions
- Contact customers regarding payment arrangements and account status
- Assist with account growth through customer outreach, referrals, and follow-up
- Make collection calls and work with customers to find payment solutions
- Support daily branch operations while delivering excellent customer service
