About The Position

This role is for a Loan Specialist. Internal applicants are welcome and do not require supervisor approval to apply, but must inform their supervisor of their intent. Talent Management will consult with the current supervisor regarding attendance and standing. A minimum of two weeks' notice is required for transfers, with potential for negotiation. Talent Acquisition will coordinate transfers.

Requirements

1 year Customer Service experience in any field
High School/GED preferred
Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative approach
Excels in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, demonstrating excellent communication, active listening, and persuasive sales techniques
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficient in basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, with the ability to apply these skills to analyze data and perform calculations accurately.
