Loan Specialist- Collateral

As a Collateral Loan Specialist, you will support the 6 affiliated banks by servicing collateral for commercial and consumer loan portfolios. You will do this by reviewing collateral and supporting documents to make sure everything is accurate, complete, and ready for submission. You will work closely with third-party vendors and internal teams to resolve any issues and ensure liens are placed in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of banking and lending processes, especially relating to loan documentation and account maintenance.
- Interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Prioritization and time management skills to complete work and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail to deliver top quality work.
- Ability to solve problems by researching and analyzing information.
- Comfortable using various Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) or similar software.
- Customer service skills.
- Some previous banking, loan processing, documentation, servicing or other directly related experience.
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
