About The Position

Under the supervision of the Loan Servicing Center (LSC) Manager, this role is responsible for Loan Servicing in accordance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines within a set timeframe. The position requires effective communication with Bank employees and internal departments.

Requirements

  • Ability to solve problems accurately
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks of differing priority with close supervision
  • Ability to perform tasks and achieve results with high accuracy and precision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in bank operations, new accounts, or credit assistant/loan positions.

Responsibilities

  • Review, research, and process CRM events for Tax Service, Repayment plans, ACH set up, Billing notices, payment requests, loan advances, and verification of mortgages.
  • Processing of Incoming loan payments
  • Paid Loan Processing
  • Daily and monthly general ledger (GL) balancing
  • Insurance and Flood Tracking
  • Property Tax Tracking and Escrow Tracking
  • Collateral Tracking for Deeds of Trust and DMV Titles
  • UCC Lien Releases
  • Credit Report and Disputes
  • SWAP’s and Participations
  • SBA and USDA Servicing
  • Daily Rate Changes
  • Service existing loans as needed
  • Cross-training under the Loan Servicing umbrella, as requested by Management
