About The Position

Provides excellent member service within the loan servicing department by managing and supporting exiting consumer and mortgage loans. Demonstrates attention to detail and motivation to achieve results. Works collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of all tasks in alignment with procedures and policies.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and other Database software.
Ability to work independently.
Familiarity with the credit union systems.
Excellent communication skills, customer service, verbal and written communication.
Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and highly organized with proven follow-up capabilities.
Ability to multi task, set priorities, demonstration proficient attention to details, meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual preferred English/Spanish
1 year credit union or loan servicing work experience

Responsibilities

Provide loan maintenance requests, collections support, payoffs, and servicing updates accurately.
Research and resolve member issues or discrepancies related to loan payments, insurance, and escrow accounts.
Collaborate within department for data entry, reporting, scanning and filing to ensure smooth loan servicing operations.
Represent the credit union in a courteous, honest and professional manner while maintaining confidentiality with all member data.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, demonstration proficient attention to details, meet deadlines.
As a staff member of NW Plus CU you are expected to adhere to policies, procedures and reporting requirements. In addition, all assigned training will be completed in a timely manner as set forth by the BSA Officer in accordance to Board approved BSA, CIP and OFAC Programs.
Familiarize with and adhere to Loan Servicing & Credit Union policies and procedures.
