Loan Servicing Representative

About The Position
The Loan Servicing Representative is primarily responsible for providing effective support to the entire organization and more specifically the loan department. This includes reviewing loan files to ensure proper documentation, entering loans and transactions into the bank’s computer systems, processing and maintaining the collateral tracking system, balancing various accounts, reviewing reports, maintaining customer credit and mortgage files and responding to customer and employee questions/problems.
