Role Overview We’re hiring a Loan Servicing Manager to own and scale Atmos’ loan servicing function as origination volume grows across multiple lending partners and products. This role owns our loan servicing platform and is expected to materially influence product, underwriting, and lender confidence. This role is central to the company. You’ll ensure servicing operations are accurate, compliant, and borrower-friendly—while working closely with our lending partners and underwriting team to improve loan decisioning, reduce friction, and ensure operational feedback loops inform credit policy and product design. We’ve recently migrated to LoanPro, an extensible, high-performance loan servicing platform, and you’ll own both the vendor relationship and the end-to-end integration. Your mandate is to help transform loan servicing from a reactive cost center into a proactive, value-added capability for borrowers, lenders, and internal teams. This is a hands-on, systems-oriented role for someone who enjoys building processes, tightening controls, and collaborating across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and external lenders.
