About The Position

River Run is a shared services organization that supports banking affiliates, Newburyport Bank, Pentucket Bank and Rollstone Bank & Trust. The Loan Servicing Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Loan Servicing team through accurate processing of loan documentation, payments, data entry, file maintenance, and other servicing activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of administrative, banking, financial services, or related operations experience preferred, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform data entry, process documentation, manage files, and handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Scan, index, maintain, and organize physical and electronic loan documentation to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant records.
• Perform accurate data entry, process loan payments and transactions, and prepare documentation for new loan boarding and loan payoffs.
• Obtain, verify, and update insurance information for loan collateral by coordinating with insurance providers.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Loan Operations team, assisting with daily activities and ensuring efficient loan servicing processes.
