Loan Quality Control Supervisor
About The Position
We’re looking for a Loan Quality Control Supervisor to lead a team focused on ensuring the accuracy of loan documentation, regulatory filings, and system data across both consumer and commercial lending. If staying organized and making sure things are done accurately and thoroughly is your style, this role puts you at the heart of quality at our company. Every day you’ll lead and support a dedicated team responsible for file quality review, HMDA verification, tickler tracking, and loan reconciliation. You’ll coach team members, monitor performance, and provide hands-on guidance to keep workflows efficient and accurate. Whether it’s partnering with processors and compliance to resolve documentation issues or reviewing Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loans, your leadership will help drive a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in loan operations or compliance
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Knowledge of loan documentation and regulatory standards
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- Familiarity with systems like Fiserv Premier, nCino, LaserPro, Director, or e-signature tools
- Project management experience
- Lending or compliance-related certifications
Responsibilities
