About The Position

As the Quality Control Supervisor, you will oversee student profile management operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This role involves a combination of data analysis, quality control, and team leadership. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills who is comfortable working cross functionally with multiple vendors and departments to accomplish our goals.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to learn and understand CADY product lines
• Willing to work a fluctuating schedule based on company needs
• Able to work individually, but also in a team environment
• Able to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to details
• Return a satisfactory background check
• Associate’s degree or one year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of required education

Responsibilities

• Understand, adhere to, track and report on, internal and external KPIs to ensure company goals are being met
• Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure timely job completion and task management
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards for the data accuracy team
• Resolve data related issues and inquiries in a timely manner
• Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and increase efficiency
• Assist in the day-to-day details of Production Dept. employee management (scheduling, team dynamics, documentation, training, etc.)
• Assist in departmental recruiting and hiring
• Perform work in multiple software platforms simultaneously
• Communicate effectively across departments and external vendors
