Join Waukesha State Bank's Mortgage Team as a Loan Processor and play a key role in helping customers achieve homeownership. In this fast-paced position, you'll manage a pipeline of residential mortgage loans from application through underwriting, ensuring files are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with Mortgage Loan Consultants, borrowers, underwriters, and other team members to keep loans moving efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of residential mortgage processing experience, strong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and WHEDA loan programs, and a solid understanding of mortgage regulations, including TRID. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills, proficiency with mortgage software and Excel, and a commitment to teamwork are essential.
