Requirements

• Must be computer literate with high proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Working knowledge of web-based technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good typing skills.
• Service-oriented skill set.
• Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be available to work full-time Mondays through Fridays on-site.

Nice To Haves

• Previous loan documentation experience for a bank or credit union, related industry experience, preferred, but not required.
• College degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process commercial loans.
• Operate related computer applications and other business equipment including: copy machine, telephone, and computer.
• Operate a motor vehicle to attend off-site meetings, training, as needed.
