Loan Processing Specialist Entry
About The Position
The Loan Processing Specialist Entry supports transactions for Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Wealth Management, Managed Assets Department, Retail, and Community Lending portfolios. This role involves processing loan payments, payoffs, advances, wires, and maintenance. The specialist will monitor and process loan requests and inquiries submitted in the Loan Operations mailbox, including reconciling items from the loan control account and reviewing Teller Reports for backdating processes. A key responsibility is ensuring all transactions between the loan system and general ledger are balanced, and researching/resolving general ledger differences. The role also includes providing customer service to external and internal customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in financial services
- Office or teller experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- General computer skills
Nice To Haves
- commercial or consumer loan operations and loan documentation experience a plus
Responsibilities
