About The Position

The Loan Processing Associate assists customers with consumer loan inquiries and maintains a basic working knowledge of lending products and services. The role supports loan processing and servicing by interviewing customers about loan details, answering questions, preparing documents and reports, and assisting with loan closings. The associate is expected to maintain satisfactory service levels for call volumes and document preparation and perform other duties as assigned. The position requires extended periods of sitting, frequent operation of a computer and other office machinery, and the ability to lift 25 pounds.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Have strong and accurate typing and data entry skills.
Have strong PC knowledge.
Have good phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Be able to organize and prioritize.
Be able to work effectively with employees at all levels.
Be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment.
Successfully pass a background investigation and drug screen according to company policy.
Be able to remain in a sitting, stationary position for extended periods.
Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery.
Be able to lift 25 pounds.
