About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loan Origination Specialist to support our Mortgage Originators throughout the residential mortgage loan process. This role is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and customer support while helping ensure a smooth and efficient experience for borrowers from application through closing.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience in a mortgage lending environment.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting Mortgage Originators preferred.
Working knowledge of mortgage loan documentation and loan origination systems, including Encompass, preferred.

Responsibilities

Support Mortgage Originators by managing loan files and maintaining accurate documentation.
Assist borrowers throughout the mortgage application process and provide exceptional customer service.
Request, collect, review, and upload required loan documentation.
Monitor loan pipelines and help ensure applications move efficiently through the lending process.
Coordinate with Mortgage Originators, Processors, and internal partners regarding file status and outstanding conditions.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide coverage when Mortgage Originators are unavailable.
Assist with CRM management, customer follow-up, and other marketing and business development activities.
