Join a fast-paced Documentation and Closing team where your work directly enables complex commercial transactions to close on time and with strong control discipline. You will deepen your expertise in letters of credit, real estate banking products, and end-to-end closing execution while collaborating with partners across the firm. This role offers meaningful visibility, mobility, and growth through exposure to diverse deal structures and stakeholders. If you enjoy detail-driven work, problem solving, and delivering high-quality outcomes under deadlines, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career. As a Letter of Credit Closer in the Documentation and Closing team, you manage end-to-end closing activities for commercial letters of credit and related products across community development and real estate banking. You ensure closing conditions are met, documentation is complete and compliant, and transactions are processed accurately and on schedule. You coordinate with internal partners to clear exceptions, confirm critical terms, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the transaction lifecycle. You contribute to a strong risk and control environment by maintaining audit-ready records, following procedures, and escalating material risks with sound judgment. You help deliver a consistent client and partner experience through accurate execution in a high-volume pipeline. This role supports a demanding portfolio that may include new issuances, amendments, and renewals, as well as transactions involving single-bank and multi-bank collaboration. You will interpret commercial credit documentation, validate operational requirements, and align closing deliverables to service level and quality standards. The work requires strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication across multiple teams and systems. You will also contribute to process improvements and department projects as assigned.
