About The Position

The Loan Operations Utility Clerk is responsible for monitoring incoming emails to Loan Operations, electronically filing documents, preparing documents for collateral release, and collecting and recording items for State and County. This role also involves performing Q&A on Synergy maintenance, assisting colleagues, and being cross-trained to back up various other clerk positions. Additionally, the clerk prepares Board reports, provides excellent support to front-line employees, maintains a helpful attitude, strives for efficiency and cost savings, and ensures prompt attendance. The position also requires completing assigned training and adhering to IT policies and procedures, including reporting phishing emails.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Monitors incoming emails to Loan Operations from branches and directs the information to the appropriate person.
  • Electronically files imported documents, including those for the Mortgage Loan Department, and tracks documents daily.
  • Prepares documents necessary to release collateral.
  • Collects and records items to State and County and delivers local.
  • Performs Q&A on Synergy maintenance and assist others with Q&A as needed.
  • Cross trained to back up Maintenance Clerk, Insurance Clerk, Verification Clerk, Balance Clerk, and Financial Clerk.
  • Cross trained to prepare Board reports as assigned by Supervisor.
  • Provides the highest level of support to their customers (front-line employees) therefore enabling the front-line employees to sell more bank products and services.
  • Has a helpful attitude with co-workers and customers.
  • Strives to improve efficiency in his/her work area through cost savings.
  • Has prompt and regular attendance.
  • Performs other duties assigned by supervisor.
  • Completes all training assigned by HR, IT, Compliance, BSA, and supervisor on a timely basis.
  • Follows IT Policies and Procedures, including the diligent reporting of phishing emails.
