About The Position
The Loan Operations Specialist will provide quality customer service and specializes in the evaluation of loans with a concentration on insurance and collateral. This position also provides additional operational support regarding all aspects of the Loan Operations functions.
Requirements
- 2 years of banking experience in a customer service role
- Demonstrated success in problem solving
- Proven knowledge of loan products and services
- Ability to cultivate and sustain strong customer relationships
Responsibilities
- Evaluation of loans with a concentration on insurance and collateral.
- Provide additional operational support regarding all aspects of the Loan Operations functions.
