Experience with syndicated loans and equipment finance is an asset.
Familiarity with core loan systems (ACBS, Aspire, IBS, SBA) is a plus.
Experience handling attorney-prepared documentation is also considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily quality assurance checks on loans entered into core loan origination systems (ACBS, IBS, SBA, ASPIRE).
Ensure loan data aligns with executed legal documents, such as Credit Agreements, Notes, Lease Agreements, and other supporting materials, in accordance with a 10-day service level agreement (SLA).
Promptly identify discrepancies, maintain data accuracy, and initiate necessary corrections.
Review and validate all post-booking and funding changes to loan records within a 5-day SLA.
Confirm that all updates are properly documented and compliant with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Issue cashier’s checks to Loan Operations team members, ensuring strict adherence to internal controls.
Review executed documents from Line of Business (LOB) partners for Fast Track Loans to verify accuracy and completeness prior to further processing.
Forward fully executed loan packages to the Collateral Team for secure scanning and record retention.
