About The Position

We are seeking a Loan Operations Representative to handle member requests and questions received by phone or email. In addition, this employee will work on administrative functions including incoming mail processing, preparing loan payments for item processing, and other routine business tasks.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, use logic and judgment to make appropriate decisions, and work well under pressure to meet monthly deadlines.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office products.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a branch or loan processing area.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to both internal and external members and serve as the primary employee responsible for incoming telephone calls.
• Handle member requests and questions received by phone or email.
• Perform general office clerical duties, including mail distribution and payment processing.
• Assist with administrative functions, including mailings and other routine business tasks.
• Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
• Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.
