The Loan Operations Assistant Manager will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Loan Operations department, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of loan activities. This role supports the administration and maintenance of loan accounts, records, systems, and operational controls. The Assistant Manager will monitor operational performance, reporting, and quality standards, provide guidance and problem resolution to staff, and participate in process improvements and strategic initiatives. They will also prepare and analyze reports, serve as a subject matter expert, and act as a backup for departmental functions as needed.
