About The Position
The Junior Loan Officer supports the growth and management of a high-quality loan portfolio while promoting the ARM brand. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their expertise in agricultural lending. The primary objective is to assist in meeting farmers' financial needs and contribute to ARM’s market share growth.
Requirements
- Background in agriculture with business development experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in credit and underwriting.
- Ability to build relationships to promote loan volume and credit quality.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with loan documentation.
Responsibilities
- Achieving the growth objectives of the location.
- Ensuring adherence to ARM policies and procedures.
- Supporting risk management and collection activities within the portfolio.
- Assisting with loan operations to ensure efficiency and a positive client experience.
- Participating in loan and marketing efforts within the area/region.
- Conducting regular visits with clients to build relationships and generate new loans.
- Providing reports on loan operations and client interactions.
- Collaborating with the Area Manager and other team members to develop business strategies.
