About The Position
Mortgage Depot is seeking motivated, sales-driven Mortgage Loan Officers to grow their business, build strong client relationships, and help borrowers navigate the mortgage process. The role is suited to people with mortgage experience who are passionate about sales, customer service, and achieving strong production results. Loan Officers work with quality leads, guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing, and can grow their earning potential in a performance-driven environment.
Requirements
- Active NMLS mortgage loan originator license and successful completion of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator exam, as applicable.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
- Ability to manage leads, follow up consistently, and convert opportunities into business.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with comfort working in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to providing an excellent borrower experience.
Nice To Haves
- Previous mortgage lending, loan origination, or mortgage sales experience.
