About The Position

We are seeking a relationship-focused Loan Officer II to provide lending solutions for consumer, mortgage, agricultural, and commercial customers. This role is responsible for developing customer relationships, analyzing credit requests, managing a loan portfolio, and delivering exceptional service while supporting the bank's growth and lending objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of lending experience required.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statements, and tax returns.
• Knowledge of lending practices, banking regulations, and financial records.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, decision-making, and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Agricultural Management, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships while identifying lending and business development opportunities.
• Evaluate loan requests, analyze credit information, and make lending recommendations within established authority.
• Manage an assigned loan portfolio to ensure strong credit quality and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with lending support teams to process loan documentation and maintain compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Promote bank products and services through referrals, community engagement, and relationship-building activities.
