About The Position
We are seeking a Loan Officer specializing in DSCR Real Estate Investing. This is a direct hire position with a negotiable base salary plus commissions. The role is remote and based in Tampa, Florida (33609). The Loan Officer will work with the operations team to move loans through underwriting and closing, and will build their network on a national platform.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in BPL (Business Purpose Lending) or investment property lending within DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) lending space
- Already established network of real estate investors
