About The Position
We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Assistant/Onboarding Specialist to become a part of our team! This role involves advising borrowers on their financial status and payment methods, guiding them through the loan application process, and managing the filing of loan applications and supporting documents. Additionally, the position requires developing referral networks to identify potential loan prospects and effectively handling and resolving customer complaints.
Requirements
- Previous experience in mortgage required
- Encompass LOS experience required
- Familiarity with financial and lending practices
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) required
Responsibilities
