About The Position

To assist Loan Officers in facilitating the completion of mortgage loan applications. To collect, analyze, and review supporting loan documentation in accordance with loan guidelines, and provide support throughout the loan application process. Serve as a point of contact for members, receiving and responding to member inquiries to help them collect required information and complete any necessary documentation.

Requirements

  • MINIMUM of 2-3+ years experience in a professional office administrative OR financial call center required
  • Multi-tasking
  • Professionalism
  • Strong customer service skills (50% of the daily job is on the phone)
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Support and Communicate with Loan Officers and Members
  • Obtaining min required docs from Member to assist in approvability of the loan
  • Working the loan from pre app to post app
  • Calculate income, analyzing asset statement
  • Phone: 50% of the job -daily phone contact to members for certain tasks and other tasks will be virtual contact
