Experienced Loan Officer Assistant / Mortgage Processor – In-Office Role (Davie, FL) Are you a skilled mortgage professional ready to take ownership of loan files and help deliver seamless closings? We’re seeking a detail-driven Loan Officer Assistant or Mortgage Processor to join us in Davie. Experience with larger mortgage companies is a big plus!
Requirements
- 5+ years of mortgage processing or LOA experience, ideally with larger mortgage companies.
- Active NMLS license.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills—you take ownership and solve problems.
- In-office role in Davie, FL—team collaboration is key.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with larger mortgage companies is a big plus!
Responsibilities
- Own the process from application to closing—collecting documents, submitting files, and clearing conditions.
- Communicate proactively with all parties—borrowers, lenders, underwriters, title companies, and appraisers.
- Ensure deadlines are met and files run smoothly.
- Support overall operations and be the go-to person ensuring no detail slips.
