Make a difference as a Loan Insurance Servicing Representative As a Full-Time Loan Insurance Servicing Representative at Harleysville Bank, you will play a crucial role in managing homeowner insurance processes with precision and care. Your responsibilities will include updating incoming insurance renewal bills, paying premiums from escrow accounts, and following up with customers on cancelled policies to facilitate renewals. You will also handle new loans with Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI), ensure accurate monthly reports for PMI terminations, and communicate necessary notifications to borrowers. In addition, you will correct loan payment application errors, assist with loan servicing inquiries, and support the Loan Escrow Servicing Representative when needed. Your attention to detail will be vital as you process documentation for homeowners’ insurance claims and assist with audits of electronic loan files. By making recommendations for departmental improvements, you will actively contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations while fostering a customer-focused culture.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Comfort and proficiency in working with numbers
Solid computer aptitude, demonstrating proficiency in department-specific software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong communication skills
Ability to converse professionally with both internal and external customers through telephone calls, emails, and written correspondences
Adherence to Harleysville Bank's Customer Service Standards
Organizational skills to effectively manage documentation and correspondence
Familiarity with regulatory compliance procedures, including BSA and OFAC
