About The Position
Join The Citizens Bank team as a Loan Documentation Review Specialist and play a key role in delivering an exceptional lending experience. In this onsite position at our beautiful Headquarters branch in Batesville, you'll help ensure our loan documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with both internal policies and regulatory requirements-supporting a seamless experience for our customers from start to finish.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice To Haves
- Prior banking or lending experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Review new and renewed loan documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure compliance with loan policies, banking regulations, and legal requirements
- Identify, track, and resolve documentation exceptions
- Partner with internal teams to address discrepancies and maintain quality standards
- Support continuous improvement in loan processes and documentation practices
