About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Loan Coordinator to work in-office and support the daily operations of our mortgage branch. This individual will play a key role in driving branch loan pipelines, ensuring smooth workflow management, and providing operational support to Branch Managers, Regional Managers, and Loan Officers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This in-office position is critical to the success of the branch by helping drive loan pipeline performance, supporting leadership, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The Loan Coordinator will work closely with Branch and Regional Management to help achieve production goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage-related software systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or college coursework preferred.
  • Previous experience in mortgage lending, banking, loan processing, loan coordination, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with mortgage loan products, loan origination systems, and lending guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor branch loan pipelines from application through closing.
  • Coordinate with Loan Officers, Processors, Underwriters, Escrow, and Title partners to help ensure loans move efficiently through the process.
  • Assist Branch Managers and Regional Managers with day-to-day branch operations and administrative functions.
  • Track loan milestones and proactively follow up on outstanding conditions, documentation, and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate loan records and ensure files are organized and compliant with company policies.
  • Prepare and distribute pipeline, production, and operational reports as requested.
  • Serve as a point of contact for borrowers, referral partners, and internal team members regarding loan status updates.
  • Help identify process improvements that increase efficiency and support branch growth.
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and branch communications.
  • Support leadership with special projects and other duties as assigned.
