This position supports loan officers in preparing consumer loan requests, ensuring all consumer lending steps flow effectively and efficiently. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
One (1) year of banking experience
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Close attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple loan requests simultaneously.
Self-motivated, organized, and possess excellent decision-making skills.
Cares about the community and has a desire to be involved.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Ability to work varying hours.
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and independently.
Capable of working harmoniously with diverse personalities of co-workers, staff, and customers.

Nice To Haves

Previous loan experience
Knowledge of loan documentation, loan structuring, and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

Review and prepare consumer loan requests.
Act as a direct line of communication with Loan Officers to ensure loan requests are prepared both timely and accurately.
Adhere to all federal regulations, laws, and RCB Bank policies.
