About The Position

As an Asbury Automotive Group Loan Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and in the lives of our team members and customers every day. A Guest Care Coordinator serves as a liaison between the dealership and its guests to ensure high ranking on manufacturer surveys. Works with department managers to develop and administer guest relations program designed to build and retain a loyal guest base for both sales and service.

Requirements

Excellent communication and guest service skills, and the ability to maintain a professional image and demeanor is required
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Advanced computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook) a must
Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
Must pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test)

Responsibilities

Coordinates guest follow-up programs.
Work closely with guests to set up and receive loaner vehicles while their vehicles are in the shop
Assists in resolving guest complaints, and coordinates factory assistance when all dealership resources have been exhausted.
Discusses dealership guest satisfaction standings with the general manager and department managers, monitoring significant changes and determining possible contributing factors
Prepares monthly reports on the status of guest satisfaction in the dealership, including results of all factory-generated surveys.
Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to the dealership dress code.
Communicate with callers and guests in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
Assist with clerical duties as requested such as scanning and shredding
