About The Position

Triad Financial Services is seeking a motivated and skilled Mortgage Loan Closer to join its team. The role prepares and reviews loan closing packages and paperwork, coordinates mortgage closing proceedings, and ensures documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with state and federal regulations. The Loan Closer serves as an intermediary among parties to mortgage loan transactions, resolves concerns and documentation issues, and maintains accurate closing schedules while providing superior customer service.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience is preferred.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of mortgage industry regulations.
• Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully, consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with applicable standards.
• Ability to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.
• Ability to sit at a workstation for prolonged periods.
• Ability to type.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Encompass is helpful.
• Knowledge of the manufactured home industry is a plus.
