About The Position

An employee in the Loan Centralization Department assists the Loan Operations Manager and other department staff with reviewing and maintaining all loan types. The role verifies loan documents against information in the Xperience/AS400 system, images documents, performs loan maintenance, researches discrepancies, drafts general ledger entries, and reviews daily Loan Control outages to make appropriate corrections. Other related duties may be assigned. The position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work at a desk for extended periods.
• Initiative, commitment to continuous learning, and ability to adapt to change.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and problems.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Complete and pass all required training courses as assigned.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience working directly with the public is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify submitted loan documents against information in the Xperience/AS400 system.
• Image loan documents.
• Perform loan maintenance for all CNB locations and loan type codes.
• Research discrepancies and complete loan maintenance.
• Draft general ledger entries.
• Review daily Loan Control outages and make appropriate corrections.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
