Serve as support to the loan area. This role involves processing loans, including preparation, computer input, and follow-up. The assistant may also help with loan closings, prepare reports for management, and assist with the preparation of loans for the loan committee. Additionally, the role includes establishing and maintaining filing systems, assisting customers with loan and account inquiries, and helping with bill paying and GL entries. Exception tracking and payment processing are also key responsibilities, along with performing other assigned duties and maintaining regular and reliable attendance.
