General Purpose Documentation Specialist- This position is responsible for the ordering of accurate and timely preparation of loan documents on commercial, residential, and consumer loans, so that they meet the conditions of the loan approvals and all pertinent regulatory requirements. The position is also responsible for various other loan administration duties.

• Five years of financial experience, training, and compliance in several departments of financial institutions including; lending, compliance, risk management, legal or audit, processing.
• Experience working with the state and federal legal and regulatory agencies.
• Experience in legislative review, analysis and reporting.
• Experience developing and filing policy forms.
• Strong leadership, project management and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Order and ensure the accuracy of the necessary documentation for preparation of closing documents.
• Prepare written instruction to have the closing documents drawn up, in accordance with the approval and or the appropriate lending regulations as well as all bank policy regulations.
• Ensure loan agreements are complete and accurate according to policy.
• Compose letter and other correspondence with no instruction.
• Prepare forms necessary to order appraisals.
• Assist loan officers and clearing exceptions.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
