Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate loading equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to warehouse operations
Nice To Haves
- Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or loading environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare and load products or materials for shipment according to specified orders and schedules
- Operate loading equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently
- Verify accuracy of orders, quantities, and packaging to ensure correct delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Assist with inventory counts and reporting discrepancies
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines
