About The Position
Our Loaders are responsible for wrapping and loading pallets onto our trailers using a pallet jack. Employees may work in the dry or cooler departments of our warehouse. Candidates must have excellent organizational skills to ensure pallets are loaded correctly. Loaders make a flat hourly rate, plus a piece rate. Shift/Hours: 2nd shift Sunday-Thursday. Your shift time starts in the afternoon and will last until the work is done. You will have every Friday and Saturday off.
Requirements
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in chilled areas when needed
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well on a team but be self-motivated and independent.

Responsibilities
- Wrap pallets according to standards to ensure proper transport
- Perform visual inspections of items to ensure orders are correct, undamaged, and ready for shipment
- Load pallets onto truck in correct order
- Operate equipment and ensure safety regulations are followed
- Perform other general warehouse duties as needed
