About The Position

All Weather Architectural Aluminum Voted "Best Places to Work" in the North Bay Business Journal for five years in a row! The loader loads finished goods occasionally with the help of others. Uses material moving equipment. The loader performs a variety of task related to the shipping of finished goods.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of similar experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team; exercise sound judgement
• Ability to perform work thoroughly and accurately
• Flexibility. Anticipate and adapt to change without losing focus on goals

Responsibilities

• Oversee and/or assist in loading and unloading their cargo.
• Report any incidents encountered to a supervisor.
• Report serious mechanical loading problems to the appropriate personnel.
• Keep workspace and associated equipment clean and in good working order.
