About The Position

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time Loader to support its operations. This overnight, third-shift role runs Sunday through Thursday nights, with Friday and Saturday nights off, and includes a 10% shift differential. Loaders assemble customer orders accurately, place them on pallets for distribution, and ensure trucks are loaded on schedule and in good condition. The role involves packing and preparing orders, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and communicating with team leads to help prevent disruptions. The position may involve operating material handling equipment; employees must complete company-provided training and certification before using each individual piece of equipment. Use of equipment without the required training and certification may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
• Outstanding English communication skills, including verbal, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to complete work on time and follow safety and security procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to regularly lift or move 75 pounds or more.
