About The Position

As a Warehouse Loader, Incentive, you will work on a productive team to keep the warehouse stocked with product for customers and keep totes available. This is a fast-paced role suited to energetic, organized individuals who like to stay active. The position is based in a store/grocery warehouse with temperatures ranging from 50°F to 90°F. Travel is not required. Working safely is a condition of employment.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Certified forklift and pallet jack operator.
• Demonstrated commitment and ability to work safely.
• Reliability and satisfactory attendance.
• Ability to produce quality work and meet required productivity expectations.
• Ability to operate required materials-handling equipment.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including frequently lifting up to 60 pounds and continuously standing, walking, stooping, pivoting, reaching, and performing repetitive movements with both hands and feet.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of electric pallet jack experience.

Responsibilities

• Load full pallets of merchandise into trailers while avoiding damage.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Inspect trailers for damage before loading.
• Use RF handheld devices and/or voice systems to verify pallet loading.
• Wrap pallets with stretch wrap.
• Operate a battery-changing hoist.
• Keep the work area clean.
• Complete inspection forms for operated equipment.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
