Requirements

• Experience running loaders or other heavy machinery is a plus, but training is provided for willing learners.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Commitment to safety for oneself and the team.
• Ability to check equipment and perform basic maintenance.
• Team player with good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Physically capable of performing job duties in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.
• Adherence to the 5 Principles of Service: Safety, Quality, Kindness, Cleanliness, and Go-Getter.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate powerful front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement around the plant.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors.
• Work with the crew and production team to keep operations on schedule.
• Check equipment before and after each shift and report any necessary repairs.
• Follow all safety rules and wear required safety gear.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with inventory counts.
• Share ideas with plant leaders for process improvement.
• Assist teammates and help with various tasks as needed.
