About The Position

At Pilgrim’s, Safety Is a Condition, which means the safety of our team members comes first - always. We are looking for a Loader Operator for Pilgrim’s. The Loader Operator drives a truck equipped with a loader to and from their destination. This employee carries empty cages into the chicken house and loads full cages onto the truck. This position requires CDL licenses.

Requirements

• Class A Commercial Driver’s license.
• 1 to 2 years of experience
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide.

Responsibilities

• Pre and post trip on trucks and loaders.
• Must run GPS system in trucks properly.
• Ensure safety.
• Catcher birds if needed.
• Back-Up to crew foreman.
• Help other loader operators or drivers as needed.
• Report any damage to farms or equipment.
• Report any catcher misconduct.
• Other duties as assigned.
