About The Position

RROX Aggregates Ltd. is seeking an experienced Front-End Loader Operator for a full-time, seasonal position at their gravel pit to manage a high volume of work. This role involves operating heavy equipment and contributing to the production of high-quality washed aggregates and crushed materials.

Requirements

Previous experience operating a loader
Valid Class 5 Driver's license
Able to work outside in all weather conditions
Strong drive to contribute to the team's success
Ability to maintain a safety-minded and high accountability work culture
Driving record free of major infractions
Must pass a medical/fitness exam

Nice To Haves

Experience operating skid steers and stacking conveyors
Experience with wash plants and crushing equipment

Responsibilities

Loading gravel onto rail-cars
Stockpiling aggregate materials
Running a wash plant to wash crushed aggregates
Operating heavy equipment (such as skid steers, front-end loaders, and stacking conveyors)
Maintaining site cleanliness
Performing general labor activities such as shoveling, cleaning equipment, assisting with setting up conveyors, crushing equipment, washing equipment, and screening equipment.
