About The Position

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This position operates loader equipment safely to move, load, and stockpile materials. It involves performing routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks, following site safety procedures, and communicating with team members to coordinate material flow and production needs. The role supports plant operations and assists with other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Skilled equipment operator with strong situational awareness.
• Ability to follow operating procedures and safety protocols consistently.
• Capable of working independently and within a team environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven setting.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and committed to high-quality work.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
• Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities
